Nick Parker

Host Nick Parker has spent his adult life in and around the news business as a reporter, editor, publisher and marketing executive. Going back to his roots, he launched a hyper-local online newspaper in his home town, providing the community with missing coverage while exploring all of the new methods of audience reach provided by digital tools. With the News Nirvana podcast Parker looks to explore how the news business is changing, how it needs to change and explore how it can push back against a national narrative of media distrust.
